Delete your Remembers4u account

Delete in the app

Open Remembers4u and go to Settings > Delete Account. After two confirmations, your account and associated live app data are deleted immediately and you are signed out. This option works for both email/password and Guest accounts.

If you cannot access the app: send an email from the address used for your Remembers4u account with the subject "Remembers4u Account Deletion Request". Guest accounts do not have an email address and can only be identified and deleted from a device where that Guest session is still active.

• Your Firebase Authentication account for Remembers4u.
• Your user profile document.
• Your saved reminders, notes, schedules, repeat rules, completion logs, and preferences stored in cloud database records.
• APNs or FCM device registration token records associated with your account.
• Reminder delivery and acknowledgement records linked to your account.

Retention

In-app deletion removes account data from our live application systems immediately. Email requests are processed after account ownership is verified, normally within 30 days. Service-provider backups and limited security records may remain temporarily; Firebase states that deleted Authentication data is removed from its live and backup systems within 180 days. Records required by law or for security are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Recommended in-app path

Open Remembers4u, go to Settings > Delete Account, review the data that will be deleted, and confirm the deletion twice. The email option above remains available for email/password users who cannot access the app.
