Delete your Remembers4u account

You can request deletion of your Remembers4u account and associated reminder data even if you no longer have the app installed. Türkçe: Uygulamayı silmiş olsanız bile hesabınızın ve ilişkili verilerinizin silinmesini buradan talep edebilirsiniz.

Request deletion

Send an email from the email address used for your Remembers4u account. Include the subject "Remembers4u Account Deletion Request".

Note: If you are using a Guest account, please delete your account directly from the Settings menu inside the app (Guest accounts do not have an email address and cannot be identified externally).

Data deleted

Your Firebase Authentication account for Remembers4u.
Your user profile document.
Your saved reminders, notes, schedules, repeat rules, completion logs, and preferences stored in cloud database records.
Android FCM device token records associated with your account.
Reminder delivery records where they are linked to your account and no longer needed for security or integrity.

Retention

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days after verifying account ownership. Some limited records may be retained if required for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Retained records are deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.

Recommended in-app path

If you still have the app installed, open Remembers4u, go to Settings, and contact support or use the deletion link if available. The web request above remains available for users who cannot access the app.
